    Working on this myself....looks sort of like the axelrodi or c. alleni but not quite right for either...and certainly not the boesemani that was advertised....the bluish end is now just in the belly and not in the head, but more yellow is coming out in my environment. There is no red tinging on dorsal fins or tail, at least not yet. The horizontal banding was something I hadn't really noticed in the store but clearly not normal Boesemani.

    Its the pic in my avatar.....looking to upload all the individual species shots if I can capture a good one of each with my non-DSLR camera.

    I think that is likely a boesmani x herbertaxelrodi hybrid...

    I would agree with Ted on this one, I can definitely see characteristic of both.

    I was working on pics again, aiming to get a good shot of my Lacustris....and noticed the black horizontal band was very subdued yesterday, just a day or two after the original shot....I know from researching that rainbows can change color based on moods and such but was amazed at the difference in that band.

    Focus wasn't as crisp, but this is same fish a day or two later.
